39 million from The Swedish Research Council

The Swedish Research Council has taken decisions on applications in this year's Open Call for proposals within Humanities and Social Sciences and Development Research. Six political scientists at the University of Gothenburg are together granted 39 million kronor.

Infrastructure grant

Daniel Naurin, professor, 15.8 million kronor.
Judicial independence under pressure? Building an infrastructure for multidisciplinary research on the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Andrej Kokkonen, senior lecturer, 5.2 million kronor.
Divided democracies: Causes and consequences of political polarization in Europe.

Olof Larsson, post doc, 4 million kronor.

Anna Lührmann, senior lecturer, 4.6 million kronor.
Rule by Recession: The Challenge of Contemporary Autocratization.

Anna Persson, senior lecturer, 4.3 million kronor.
The Power of Ideas: New Perspectives on State Capacity and Public Goods Provision in Emerging Democracies.

Jon Pierre, professor, 5 million kronor.
Governance of collective action: The case of Antimicrobic Policy in Europe.
