I study political behavior and public opinion. 

Currently I am involved in the following research projects:

Responsive democracy: Longitudinal analyses on the relationship between public opinion and public policy together with Mikael Gilljam (University of Gothenburg). Funded by FORTE.

Does education reforms cause higher political participation together with Sven Oskarsson and Karl-Oskar Lindgren (Uppsala university). Funded by IFAU.

How does reforms of social science education affect young people’s civic competence? with Joakim Ekman (Södertörn University), Klas Andersson (University of Gothenburg) and Pär Zetterberg (Uppsala University). Funded by the Swedish Research Council.

How does a lifetime of economic experiences influence public opinion? with Andrew Healy (LMU) and Erik Snowberg (Caltech).
